Shipping

1. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is up to two (2) working days.
2. If you have used the website for the order, you will be informed of information on the availability of the individual products during the ordering process. The delivery time is calculated here from the time of dispatch confirmation.
3. We would like to point out that all information on availability, shipping or delivery of a product is only expected information and approximate guidelines. They do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates unless this is expressly designated as a binding date in the shipping options of the respective product. If Bader Sultan & Brothers W.L.L. Company discovers during the processing of your order that products ordered by you are not available for a longer period of time, you will be informed separately by e-mail or phone. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
4. If delivery to you is not possible, for example because delivery to the delivery address you have provided, although the delivery time has been announced to you with a reasonable period of time, or because you have provided an incorrect delivery address, you shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.

Refunds

Customers are entitled to return the purchase of a FreeStyle Libre Sensor or a FreeStyle Libre Reader without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Sensors and Readers must be unopened and have their tamper seals intact. Bader Sultan & Brothers W.L.L. Company will reimburse you all payment received for the products once the items have been returned. You are responsible for returning the product to the FreeStyle Libre Experience Center. You will lose the right to a refund if any packaging that is required for hygiene reasons has been removed and/or tampered with.

Product Replacement and Warranty

1. The FreeStyle Libre Reader has a 2-year warranty from the date of manufacture, or the original date of purchase (with proof of purchase) Patients are encouraged to call Customer Service for product issues on the customer care line.
2. There is no warranty for FreeStyle Libre Sensors. However, Abbott is committed to customer satisfaction and willing to replace or resolve the issue with the Sensor, provided the following criteria are met. Patients are encouraged to call Customer Service for product issues on the product care hotline at 2206 2972.
   1. The FreeStyle Libre products are for use in the approved country of purchase only and not to be shipped or used outside the country of purchase.
   2. Abbott will only be able to provide with any service or replacement for the product in the country of purchase where it is intended to be used.
   3. The customer has to report the issue regarding the FreeStyle Sensor or FreeStyle Reader as it occurs or within 4 days in case of holidays. The customer should retain the Sensor/ Reader serial number, which is found on the actual Sensor / Sensor box or in the Reader. The patients will have to provide us with the requested data and the faulty product for further investigation to get the replacement.
   4. Maximum of 3 (Three) Sensors will be replaced per year for issues related to FreeStyle Libre Sensor fall off and reading issues.

Governing Laws and Waiver

The laws of the State of Kuwait shall govern these Terms & Conditions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Kuwait in relation to claims arising under or related to these Terms & Conditions. Bader Sultan & Brothers W.L.L. Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions remain in full force and effect. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you contract for Products and services with Bader Sultan & Brothers W.L.L. Company.
